ok. Relation are two blokes from Essex in the UK who produce some pretty freaking nice 80′s inspired synth pop. In fact, to me, this is ‘dream pop’. New genre starting up…and these blokes are at the helm of it. Well…not really. They’ve got a familiar sound…it’s warm, washes over you, great train/car music. Good for that long trip.
They’ve got a few tracks out there, all off their debut album Fear Of Night. Released last month, they’ve already got a bit of coverage over in the ol’ UK. But now it’s time for world domination…and what better place than Australia to launch that domination!
You should get on these guys. They should be massive. They’ve got an awesome smooth electro warm and even a little Fred Falke-esque (big call I know!) sound. Even Lifelike has got on board with a pretty damn nice remix of their track Your Tiny Mind. They also cover The Pixies track Here Comes Your Man. Props for that!
