Check out Maxi, a local singer songwriter, doing some lovely vocal layering and pretty chilled electronic pop.
Her debut single, In A Little While is such a well crafted pop track – with that slow, moody atmospheric intro, the slow building groove of the verse, the killer chorus with that bass line and then that really nice layered outro.
The track is set for an official release in a couple of weeks (July 23) and is the first lifted off her debut EP, due out in September.
